Shipping Damage

<div">Altus Fine Art takes every reasonable precaution in packing and shipping your item to arrive in good condition. To receive a replacement product you must contact us within 10 days of delivery. Please inspect your product thoroughly on arrival i.e. unpack from box, bubble wrap, protective corners, etc.

<div">The estimated shipment date on products is based on typical product availability; actual lead time will vary and does not include transit time.

Product Warranty

<div">All of our products carry a five-year Limited Warranty against material defects and workmanship.

Return and Refund Policy

<div">If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 Day money back guarantee. To request a refund please contact our Customer Service Department at (801) 763-9788 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. We will provide a refund based on your original method of payment. Return payment will be made upon receipt and verification of the returned product. Altus Fine Art is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipment, please insure your shipment.
