Enlightened Mind

 

Originally commissioned for a library, this image communicates how I feel about reading good books.  I read to break out of my horrifyingly provincial mind! The light glowing off the book onto the figure is splendid and appropriate, and growth is implied through the large healthy green plant behind her. ~Lynde Mott
