At Jesus Knee

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for
they shall be filled. ~ Matthew 5:6

During Christ’s earthly ministry, multitudes would gather to sit at
Jesus’ feet to learn of him, to be healed, to be clean, and to know that
God personally knows and loves them. With their faith and innocence,
children are unrestrained in their ability to “sit” at Jesus’ knee and
understand these eternal truths. I see in this example of a little girl
praying, the qualities that we need as we approach the Lord for
whatever reason. As we “become as little children” in our sincerest of
prayers and desires, we will be able to better see His hand outstretched
