Payment Methods
Altus Fine Art accepts Visa and MasterCard credit and debit
cards. Payment via personal check, money
order, or cashier’s check may also be arranged with our customer service
department.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Utah addresses or marked as will call
(local pick-up) will be charged applicable sales tax.
Shipping Options
All orders will be shipped out via FedEx Ground.
Shipping Damage
Altus Fine Art takes every reasonable precaution in packing
and shipping your item to arrive in good condition. To receive a replacement product you must
contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Please inspect your product thoroughly on arrival i.e. unpack from box,
bubble wrap, protective corners, etc.
Order Processing
The estimated shipment date on products is based on typical
product availability; actual lead time will vary and does not include transit
time.
Prices
Altus Fine Art reserves the right to change prices for
products displayed on our website at any time and particularly to correct
pricing errors that may appear on the site.
Product Warranty
All of our products carry a five-year Limited Warranty
against material defects and workmanship.
Return and Refund
Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 Day
money back guarantee. To request a
refund please contact our Customer Service Department at (801) 763-9788 to
receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA
number. We will provide a refund based on your original method of payment. Return payment will be made upon receipt and
verification of the returned product.
Altus Fine Art is not responsible for damage incurred during return
shipment, please insure your shipment.
